If you’re covered under Tricare Prime or Select insurance plans, you can now receive birth doula services at no cost to you as long as your birth is happening outside of a military hospital. My services include:
- Comprehensive Support – My services go beyond the basics of birth support. I offer a holistic approach, including 2 prenatal visits, labor and delivery support, and 2 postpartum visits. My goal is to ensure that you feel empowered, informed, and supported throughout your entire birthing journey. My visits include education, emotional support, and hands on support so you can step in to your parenthood journey with confidence.
- Experienced and Certified Doula – I am passionate about providing all types of birth support. Whether you’re planning a natural birth, considering hypnobirthing, or navigating a high-risk pregnancy, I can support you every step of the way. My job is to support your needs and wishes.
- Tailored Birth Plans – I understand that every birth is unique. I will work closely with you to create a personalized birth plan that aligns with your wishes and goals. From comfort measures to pain management techniques, I ensure that your preferences are honored and respected.

Enrolling with Wintertide Birth Doula Services under Tricare is simple:
- Check Your Coverage: I can bill Tricare Prime or Select and am In Network. Note: Doula services are only covered if you are giving birth off base, with a Tricare approved provider.
