Are you using Hypnobirth or Hypnobabies to create a more comfortable and calm birth experience? Birth hypnosis is one of the most effective ways to achieve a drug-free birth. Having a Hypnobirthing-trained doula is essential for a successful hypno birth. Just to be clear – I support your Hypnobirthing/Hypnobabies class teachings, I do not teach birth hypnosis.

When you’re using hypnosis, you’re highly suggestible, so the words, comfort measures, and timing used during a hypnobirth are different from those of a traditional birth. It’s crucial that your doula understands these unique needs.

As a certified Tacoma Hypno-doula, I have the expertise and personal experience to support you. I’ve birthed two babies using birth hypnosis and deeply understand its nuances. During our third prenatal meeting, we’ll conduct a practice birth session to go over all your cues, comfortable positions, and ensure you and your birth partner are fully prepared for your hypno birth journey.
